- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give less than 1 star I would. Made appointments for both my 19 year old daughter and I through the national 800 number. They confirmed I would be 19.99 and she would be 231.00 (because she was 19 and not 21, the coupon only covers 21+) for x-rays and cleanings. She paid her 231, got x-rays and a treatment plan, no cleaning??? It's because the cleaning was listed on the treatment plan. That is called 'bait and switch' and it's highly illegal. Nick, the manager is not customer friendly, not to be surprised, neither are any of their policies (you get a computer print out of your x-rays, or a digital copy 10+ days after you request them. You don't have to wait forever to get in which is nice, but, they don't do what they say they'll do, which is a very bad thing.
