  When I signed up for an auto policy with Founders the other month, the girls at Ledbetter Insurance in Peoria were able to help me evaluate what coverage I really needed for the budget I had set aside for auto insurance. In the process of taking a few long phone calls to answer all my questions, the girls at Ledbetter helped me understand what I was paying for, as I did not at the time, and still do not completely understand what the numbers and words mean on insurance policies. I really liked how personable the experience was, which outweighed all other downsides in my mind, like office location and distance from home. Today, I enjoy being able to make my monthly payments in cash at their office, rather than messing with the EFT's that every major insurance carrier seems to want, which gives them direct access to pull payments out of your bank account.
