- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had two strokes and when I had my nerve test done, my neurologist told me to talk to my PCP to find out if I would receive disability or not. Shouldnt the responsibility fall on the Neurologist? The office in East Peoria couldn't see that I have a 70% blockage in my brain. Dr. Prescher told me I had to return to work.
